Nerf Supersoaker Thunderstorm Review

Since we are starting to head into the warmer summer months, I decided it was about time to invest in one of the Nerf Supersoakers, so I wandered one over Wal-Mart and picked up the Nerf Thunderstorm.

Just like the Tornado Strike, the Thunderstorm has a removable clip that holds water and a spot on the back where you can attach a Nerf stock.

The removable clip can hold up to 510 milliliters of water and has a clip on the side that you can use to clip it to your belt or shorts.

The nice thing about the Thunderstorm is that you don’t have to pump it to shoot; you just put batteries in, fill the clip with water, and pull the trigger. To put batteries in, you must first locate the battery compartment and remove the cover with a Philips head screwdriver.

Inside the battery compartment, there is a small tray that you need to pull out. That is the battery tray, and it holds 4 AA batteries.

After you fill the tray with the appropriate batteries, just put it back in and close up the lid.

Once you have everything ready to go, all you need to do is pull the trigger; as I said earlier no pumping is needed. When you pull the trigger, it will take about 5 seconds for the pump to pull water from the clip and it will shoot a stream of water about 20 feet. Have fun!
